https://ell.iaar.co/journal/article/view/63

A distinctive stylization distinguished William Shakespeare's work from the standards of his day. Lines of 10 syllables each, with stressed and unstressed syllables alternating, form the rhythmic pattern of iambic pentameter, which he often used in his work. The strategy allowed the words to flow with ease and vitality. Among Shakespeare's many dramatic works are a dizzying array of comedies, tragedies, and historical plays.

Henry V and Richard III are two of his ten historical plays. But Shakespeare's tragedies Macbeth, King Lear, Othello, and Hamlet—are what fans remember him best. Along with his plays, Shakespeare also wrote four long poems and a famous collection of sonnets that were first published in 1609. His works include Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, and Macbeth, among others. In his day, his plays were quite popular. Shakespeare died about 400 years ago, yet his legacy lives on in the enduring adulation of his plays and other works. His plays, which include works including as Romeo and Juliet, Othello, King Lear, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, and Hamlet, may be broadly categorized as prose, drama, and poetry. The literary legacy of William Shakespeare is enhanced by each of these main genres and the many subgenres that exist within them.
Boni Joshi

https://ell.iaar.co/journal/article/view/64

The article titled "The Impact of Indian English Literature on World Literary Landscape" dives into the myriad of ways in which Indian English literature has affected and transformed the world's literary landscape. This dissertation investigates the dynamic contributions that Indian English literature has made to the wider world of letters, tracing its history from its colonial beginnings to its modern expressions. As Indian writers traversed the language and cultural environment moulded by the British Empire, Indian English literature evolved as a separate voice throughout the colonial era. When this occurred, Indian literature was written in English. Figures such as Rabindranath Tagore and R.K. Narayan wrote works that not only mirrored the Indian experience but also resonated with readers worldwide. These works offered insights into universal issues such as love, sorrow, and the persistence of the human spirit. There was a time when Indian English literature experienced dynamic experimentation and inquiry while India was transitioning to freedom. Salman Rushdie, Arundhati Roy, and Vikram Seth are authors who have made significant contributions to the literary world through their courageous engagement with modern themes and unique storytelling strategies. Readers from a wide range of backgrounds were encouraged to investigate the nuances of Indian society and culture via the works of these authors, which transcended geographical borders.
Dr. Nisha Panara

https://ell.iaar.co/journal/article/view/67

Improving methods of teaching English in the modern day has made great strides toward the use of technological tools. It is true that teachers have overwhelmingly preferred electronic teaching solutions (Mohammad Reza Ahmadi, 2018). This is because there is evidence that these programs encourage students to actively engage with their teachers and boost their overall English language learning.

Modern English language teachers often use a wide range of technical tools to enhance the transmission of lessons. By creating a new curriculum that includes modern scientific and technological developments, this research aims to address several facets of the technology used in English training. In order to ensure that the subject is delivered efficiently and at a high standard, these curricula are created to provide instructors with the necessary technical skills. Technical media, including audiovisual aids and modern technology programs, are also part of the package, as is the creation of student-teacher platforms with the end goal of effective language acquisition.

The relevant literature has been reviewed, technology has been defined using both conventional and linguistic concepts, and the relationship between technology and modern teaching abilities has been carefully investigated. This will allow the researcher to provide a summary of the subject under investigation, talk about the results, and clarify how they relate to the study's objectives and hypotheses. The last portion of the paper offers many recommendations that aim to improve teaching methods via the extensive use of modern technologies.
Prof. (Dr) Paresh Joshi
